9 months...

Hey everyone! I am trying to get better at blogging since we are about to leave to washington. Andrew and I were thinking the other day we have been married for a little over 9 months now. Oh man time flies! It has been an awesome ride. People ask if I had to do it over again would I get married at the rightful age of 18 again? and I would do it again without any regrets! I just want to say thanks to my awesome husband and for all he does for me. I can't wait for you to get to know my family better back at home! Thanks for reading! <3 Becca

From Salt Lake to Seattle...

As some of you know Andrew and I have decided to leave for the summer to sell summer sales. So if anyone needs some pest control in the Seattle area...we would be more than happy to hook ya up! We have been talking about it for a little while and finally made our final decision...to leave. Well only for the summer haha. We have had a blast in SLC and are ready to see what Seattle has to offer. Wish us luck! We leave in about a week and a half. Thanks for everyone's support!

Headbands!

Most of you know that I am done with school now so I have found that there is a lot of time on my hands. To help me not go crazy! I have got things done that was building up and also started making some headbands! They are so much fun. What do you think?

Black Friday Shopping!!

So the day after thanksgiving is black friday as everyone is well aware of. My mother-in-law, sister-in-law, and I all decided to try out shopping this year. We went to Walmart...which was packed!! We found a couple good buys including $2 movies, $5 card games, and $8 books. We also got a couple presents...but would hate to spoil the surprise! haha Here is a picture showing how crowded it was. I think I will do it again next year...but only one store. Aeropostale was also really busy all night too. I had a shift from 3:30pm to 12:00pm and the whole time it was busy! well enough about that. Cosmetology Graduation

At the end of October Dallas Roberts held graduation, which I got to participate in. I am finally done with Cosmetology school! I did all 2000 hours! But for those of you who don't know, I am not totally done with school, I am attending the Masters program in Aesthetics. So far I have been in it since October 1 and I really love it! I am hoping to work in a Spa and Salon and focus more in on the spa part of things! Thanks for visiting the blog and I am trying to not be a slacker anymore in the blog dep. <3 Becca

Fall Carmel Apple Making!!

My friend Brea and I decided to make carmel apples this morning! We went to Macey's (the grocery store...for those of you not in utah) and got the stuff and we had so much fun! To make them just in case some of you want to make them all you do it wash whatever apples you are going to use, then put sticks in them down the middle, then peel all the wrappers off of carmels, melt them in the microwave, add some condensed milk stir and dip your apples. For decoration we took almond bark in baggies and drizzled them on top and topped them with fall sprinkles. Love you guys...I am going to try and get better at blogging! -Becca

So just thought I would let you know Andrew and I get married in 2 weeks! or 14 days!! It seems like it has been forever and isn't coming very fast but we are getting married in 2 weeks!! haha Sorry there hasn't been any posts I will get better once everything settles down and I figure out why no one can leave comments. So 3 weekends ago we went to Rexburg, Idaho and stayed at my Aunt Wendi and Uncle Chads house! We saw some of our friends, watched my cousin Whitney's tennis tournament, and she took our engagement pictures! They turned out so good! so thanks Whitney!!

So on April 9, 2009 Andrew proposed to me! so here's the story...

So earlier on that month we both customized my wedding ring! (similar to the one above) He had told me that he had run a check to his cousin who was helping us get the ring earlier that day. A little while later he had his cousin call him and say he forgot to sign the check. So he told me we had to drive from Provo to Lehi and I was like "are you kidding me? who forgets to sign their check?" and I went with him anyways...finally we got there and went inside. He fake signs the check and then his cousin gives us stuff to go make smores out by the camp fire. So we go out back and there is a camp fire and some champagne glass's with sparkling cider by it on the ground with rose peddles all over. When I saw it I told Andrew that we should go because I though we were interrupting something. He assured me that everything was fine and we should stay there. So we stayed for a while longer and he told me he was thirsty and wanted a drink of sparkling cider...I told him he couldn't mess up their glass's so he just drank out of the bottle. haha Then he came over to me sitting in a camping chair and spilled out his heart and "dropped knee" (as people in Utah put it). Then I said yes! after I went out of shock because I had no idea it was coming for a while, and that's how we got engaged! Thanks Andrew!!
